Tulip Town Trio takes place in the fictional location of Tulip Town. The trio itself is made up of Redd, Leo, and Kat. Until I state otherwise, it should be assumed that all comics take place from Jan to Jun 2022.

Redd is energetic, Leo is somewhat egotistical, and Kat is realistic.

Redd has an adoptive sister named Vilot Everest, born February 22, 2012. There's a lot unknown about her, such as her naturally purple eyes and her powers of telekinesis. Redd wears a bandana that was made by Kat for his birthday. Redd is overly excited about what he likes, making impulsive decisions to get what he wants. He's the most creative of the trio, coming up with many abstract ideas (that usually have to be dimmed to be realistic). He is also oblivious to most people's emotions and opinions of him. Despite this, he still keeps positive relations with nearly everyone he meets.

Redd's dad is an engineer and architect.

Leo is the assumed leader of the Tulip Town Trio, often being the one putting their ideas into fruition. However, he is egotistical and was a common bully during his 6th Grade year. After meeting Redd and Kat, Leo appears to have put his bullying ways behind him. Leo still enjoys making snarky remarks and isn't shy about sharing his opinions. He is the fittest to be a leader out of the three with his confidence and skills.

Leo's dad is a confident business owner, while his mom is a professional wrestler. His paternal uncle is the gym coach at Sapphire Middle.

Kat seems to be the only member of the Tulip Town Trio with realistic views of the world. She's usually the one to put a stop to the others' plans if they seem too dangerous. Kat enjoys organization and is somewhat of a neat freak. She has a huge crush on Redd that others (namely Leo) poke fun at. Despite all of it, Redd remains oblivious to Kat's feelings towards him.

Kat's biological mom is unemployed, and her step-mom is a fashion designer.

Tulip Town's schools fall into the Blossom County School District (BCSD) with Ruby Elementary School (Grades K-5), Sapphire Middle School (Grades 6-8), and Emerald High School (Grades 9-12). The trio is in 8th Grade.
